11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mq88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mq88 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.
